Limax’s Bottom Weld machines are available in 3 different formats, offering entry level machines from 70 CPM right up to multiple servo machines running 180 CPM. These machines offer high versatility and flexibility and have a wide range of bag converting attachments to produce Clamp Stacked Plastic Bags, or Perforated Plastic Bags for use in “Bag On Roll” applications.
Limax Side Weld Plastics Bag Converting Machines offer simplistic design and robustness from a proven technology, with a rotating seal roll and conveyor feed to the operator.
Limax Wicketing Bag Machines are now available with 1 through to 7 servos making them one of the most technically advanced Plastic Bag Converting Machines available. With an abundance of wicket sizes, bed layouts, infeed methods, speed requirements, pre-seal and punching methods, Limax is at the forefront.
A variety of unwind stands are offered to compliment and match the incoming film speed and required throughput.
For the “Bag On Roll” (BOR) and “Perf On Roll (POR) markets Limax offer a range of single or Twin Shaft Re-winders – These re-winders are offered with either cantilevered air shafts or fixed side supported gear driven shafts .All models can be fitted with either auto-cutover and dancing systems to match the exit speed of the Bag Machine . They can be used for either cyclic bag machine or continuous shuttle machines.
Depending on the configuration of the Plastic Bag, the Limax range of bag machines offer attachments and accessories for Draw String, Loop Handle, Handle Punch, Hole Punch, Zip Seal, Draw Tape, POR, BOR and Post Gusseted.
